IAEE Volunteer of the Year Award

The IAEE Volunteer of the Year Award recognizes an individual who has dedicated his/her time to the progress and fulfilling the charge of a committee or task force on which he/she serves.

Eligibility and Rules:

  • The nominee must be an active member of IAEE or currently employed by an IAEE member company in good standing.
  • The nominee must be present, participate and demonstrate a positive attitude in a majority or all meetings/teleconferences during the year.
  • The nominee must collaborate with others on the specific committee or task force.
  • The nominee must demonstrate knowledge of the topics and work to fulfill the charge of the committee/task force.
  • The nominee must present himself/herself as a leader on the committee/task force.
  • The nominee must support IAEE’s mission.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Actions demonstrate or exemplify the goals, objectives and ethics of IAEE.
  • Performance demonstrates planning, development and delivery of committee/task force charge that have changed the behaviors of members and industry professionals.

Questions you will be asked in the nomination form:

  • Is the nominee currently an active IAEE member in good standing?
  • Has the nominee served on an IAEE committee and/or task force within the past 12 months?
    • If yes, list the details.
  • Detail how the nominee’s role as a volunteer advanced the charge of the committee/task force and supported IAEE’s mission.
  • You will also be able to upload up to 3 files for supporting documentation and/or testimonials.
